Any Free Fire ID purchase, sale, payment, exchange, or transaction made through any other number, person, page, account, or third party is not our responsibility.

Free Fire ID buying and selling should be carried out only by users who are 18 years of age or older. Users below 18 must carry out any purchase or sale only with the knowledge and permission of their parent or legal guardian. Tamilanda Gaming is not responsible for transactions made by minors without the knowledge or permission of their parents or guardians.

Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring how minors use money. Tamilanda Gaming is not responsible if any child or minor secretly takes money from their family, home, parent, guardian, or any other person and uses that money to purchase a Free Fire ID. Users and parents must ensure that all payments are made with proper authorization.

Any Free Fire ID purchased through Tamilanda Gaming must be used responsibly and in accordance with the game's applicable rules. Users must not use:

• Unauthorized panels
• Third-party applications
• Scripts
• Injectors
• Cheats
• Hacks
• Modifications
• Exploits
• Other unauthorized tools

Any account suspension, restriction, ban, loss of inventory, loss of progress, or other issue caused by the use of such unauthorized software, tools, scripts, panels, cheats, exploits, or hacks is entirely the responsibility of the user. Tamilanda Gaming will not be responsible for consequences caused by unauthorized use after the account has been delivered.

For every Free Fire ID purchased directly from Tamilanda Gaming, we will change/update the bind mail as part of the delivery process. After purchase, the buyer's own email binding process may take up to 15 days to become fully completed.

The 15-day guarantee begins from the date and time the ID is delivered to the buyer. During this 15-day bind-completion period, Tamilanda Gaming provides a guarantee covering account recovery issues that occur before the buyer's own email bind is fully completed. If the purchased ID is recovered or becomes inaccessible during this guaranteed period, Tamilanda Gaming will provide either:

1. A refund of the payment, OR
2. Another suitable ID as an alternative,

subject to verification of the transaction and the circumstances of the recovery. Once the buyer's own email has been successfully and completely bound to the account and the 15-day guarantee period has ended, the buyer becomes responsible for keeping their email account, password, recovery options, OTPs, and other security information safe. Tamilanda Gaming is not responsible for account loss caused by the buyer's own email compromise, password sharing, OTP sharing, phishing, malware, unauthorized access, or poor account security after the guarantee period.

Tamilanda Gaming will not purchase or accept a Free Fire ID for sale without a valid bind email. A seller must have a properly bound email associated with the account before submitting the account for sale. We do not accept:

• Accounts without a bind email
• Accounts with incomplete binding
• Accounts where the required bind setup cannot be completed
• Accounts that cannot be securely transferred

This requirement exists for buyer and seller security.

Buyers and sellers should:

• Verify that they are communicating with an official Tamilanda Gaming Admin.
• Verify the payment details before sending money.
• Never share OTPs or passwords with unknown individuals.
• Never trust unofficial accounts claiming to represent Tamilanda Gaming.
• Never make payments to third parties claiming to be our agents.
• Keep their email and account recovery information secure.

When in doubt, stop the transaction and contact one of our two official Admin numbers before making any payment.

Any person using the name “Tamilanda Gaming”, our logo, screenshots, social-media identity, or similar branding without authorization is not automatically associated with us. Users must verify the contact number before making any payment. Tamilanda Gaming will not be responsible for losses arising from transactions made with unauthorized individuals, fake profiles, impersonators, unofficial WhatsApp numbers, fake social-media accounts, or third-party intermediaries.

SAFETY IS OUR FIRST PRIORITY. Always verify our official Admin numbers before making a payment or transferring an account.

By buying, selling, or submitting a Free Fire ID through Tamilanda Gaming, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms. Tamilanda Gaming reserves the right to refuse or reject an ID sale or transaction where the account or transaction does not meet our safety and security requirements.
